Shipping Policy:

Windsor Spitfires ships products worldwide using Canada Postal services.
Shipping rates are based on the weight and size of the package, as well as origin-to-destination distance. Billable weight is the weight used to calculate the rate. The billable weight will be the greater of the dimensional weight and the actual weight.
Regular ground shipping to US and Canada can take up to 10 business days, from the date your order is received.
Shipping rates may depend upon the service chosen during checkout.

Returns Policy:

ALL returns can be made only by calling the Windsor Spitfires Customer Service department at 1-519-254-5000.
Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
There will be a 20% Re-stocking fee on all returns. (Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable).
All returns are subject to evaluation prior to any refund or credit.
Return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Authorized refunds will be credited in the same manner that the original payment was made.
Items that have been used are non-refundable.
